Dear Judge Dodd

On the 22nd February 2021 you changed not only the lives of my Mam, my immediate family and myself, but you also completely and it seemed irreversibly changed my family's  legacy. It is doubtful that you will ever realise the strength of character needed to cope with such an abuse on your life's narrative. Lucky you. However, I no longer believe your actions whilst at work are actions that simply must be coped with.  I no longer feel my Mam, my family and I must simply accept the cards you have dealt us.  With the above being the case, since our last hearing I have been attempting to regain our lives.   It should not be a surprise to you that ECHR was my goal.  We both know that managing to get through ECHR doors is quite a feat for a layperson.  Yet it pleases me to proudly tell you that my goal has been achieved. Not so pleased to tell you that due to my approaching ECHR as an individual and not a collective my case has been declined.  Disappointingly, and unbelievably ECHR have recently stated that my individual case does not reflect the reality of life for many people in the UK. As such my narrative does not have the potential to advance Equality and Human Rights in the UK.

This downturn means that at the moment you are the only person that can reunite my family and I with both a life of fulfilment and our true legacy. During our hearings my character has been slandered by Cumberland Council, Newcastle Council and Balmoral Court Care home staff, so it is acceptable that you will accept this letter as a threat.  I implore you to believe me that that this document is not a threat, it is an opportunity for you to do the right thing.

It has always been my hope that I can go to Balmoral Court Care home and collect my Mam and bring her back home where she belongs.  It is not only myself, my family or our legacy that yearns for this, but my Mam does also.   Over my lifetime and before we became acquainted I had already saved Mam from abuse three times. This is an undertaking I am willing to accept again, no matter what condition my Mam is in.  I have seen it before, I have healed her before, and I can do again.  If you will allow me to. The loving comfortable home, the community, the neighbours, the friends, the family, the church, the love, the respect, the support, the compassion, the empathy, and all the necessary qualities for healing are available as we speak and are waiting for my Mam.

At risk of offending you, for which I apologise,  I must say that during our hearings you oozed an impunity that Cumberland (nee Cumbria) Council, Newcastle Council and Balmoral Court Care staff required to cement their corruption into the lives of all my loved ones.  With a what kills you cures you attitude, I am asking you to use that very same impunity that you carry to return my Mam to her family.  Upon your say I can travel to Newcastle, retrieve my Mam and release her and myself from this absurd situation we are enduring.  Your impunity gives you the opportunity to instantly release us from the torturous situation in which we find ourselves  Please before 10am on Friday 13th December 2024 will you give me permission to do a tremendous, lifesaving action and bring my Mam home permanently to live with me allowing her to be enrobed with all that my Mam, my family and I so need to heal fully.  If before 10am on Friday 13th of December 2024 you have not contacted me via email to either decline my request or to make arrangements for me to collect my Mam, I will assume you have refused me this lifesaving opportunity.  Thank you for your time and attention while reading this document. In anticipation ND Human Rights Defender and Daughter of "P" .

Good morning

Your email was referred to HHJ Dodd, and the Judge has replied:

‘Dear Ms Douglas 3 / 4 In response to your email sent at 8.00am on 11 December 2024: You have not offended me and no apology is necessary. However, it is legally impossible for me even to consider simply making the order you request, at two days’ notice and without a hearing at which the other parties could make their representations. I’m afraid the order you want me to make is only a possibility if you follow legal process.

Best Wishes’
Kind regards
