Dear Ms X, thank you for your email dated 31 March in which you wish to raise concerns about your mother, DCs care.  We have been advised that your concerns have been addressed previously within court proceedings . As there is no LPA in place we looked at Best Interests. At this time we do not feel that the complaints you are raising are within your mothers best interests. We are sorry that this is not the outcome you are looking for. "I am just in a state of solidness and feeling a tad beaten.  

The LA statement is in. They state Mam can't be moved as she is end of life.  They have sabotaged the beautiful home we found once again resulting in the manager stating Mam's move is not in her best interests, so will not accept her.

At this moment I feel Mam is in this appalling place until her death".

The home in question requires improvement in the categories of being well-led and safety
Requires improvement – the service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
