Who will finally stand up to the system that I claim has engineered Ella’s Mental Health to prove their agenda? Is there not a single intelligent person involved who has any sort of conscience, who is happy to allow the continual suffering of Ella who has done no wrong except suffer?

Let’s also remember that every problem started at Church View and was aggravated by Social Workers who lied at every opportunity. Nobody will admit that either. But nobody can disprove what I claim!

Sunderland City Council is the very body that has been at the centre of this crisis for the past seven years. They have consistently failed to follow safeguarding procedures, despite being criticised by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman in 2018. Shockingly, these procedural failings have continued to this day.

The Council continues to refuse to address any complaints. Instead, I have been repeatedly redirected to the Court of Protection, which also offers no answers or protection. Why, in seven years, has no one been willing to discuss the substance of my concerns? Why has there been no meaningful response from the Court either?

It is particularly distressing that I have been subjected to court-imposed restrictions simply for documenting evidence of my daughter’s neglect - such as bruises, mouldy food, and her being sent out in winter wearing only a summer dress with no socks. These are not acts of aggression but efforts to protect her and record the failures in her care. This is material evidence of serious safeguarding concerns. Why is this not being taken seriously by the system? I am left asking: what kind of complaints process is truly in place, and why have I been completely blocked from using it? Who protects families like mine when the very agencies responsible for safeguarding become the source of harm?
