The Council uses Cobbetts Solicitors for a multitude of reasons, and Cobbetts are looking into the possible fraud and financial irregularities charges against Stockport Council,

I gave evidence to the diversion of footpath inquiry on 6/1/10 that the toxic waste dump school was deliberately being built too small. This evidence was denigrated by Cobbetts and SMBC officers at the public inquiry. As a result an offence under the Fraud Act 2006 was committed in causing the council taxpayer a deliberate loss. The school was built to small. The council taxpayer is now having to pay to remedy that. The school should never have been built too small.  My evidence to the diversion of footpath inquiry was correct and Cobbetts, NPS, Paul Parkinson, Donna Sager et al all knew that:-
