Arrested for using the town hall loo
Dodgy LibDems Mr Parnell RIP
On this particular occasion Mr Parnell was arrested for using the town hall lavatory. He had written permission to do so from the then Chief Executive, John Schulz.
I arrived at the town hall that day, coincidentally, shortly after Mr Parnell's arrest. A police car was parked outside with blue flashing lights, so this incident had been treated as an emergency.
Mr Parnell's explanation for why he was in the town hall, and please remember at no time had Mr Parnell ever committed any crime. This is a long document and have taken excerpts only.
