Dear Councillors
I understand you represent High Lane.
The park equipment has been removed from Windlehurst playground (and many others in the Borough).
I attach a council document which seems to show there is money available for important things like this. I would like you to look into this for me please. I have already made a FOI request to find out what action you have taken so far regarding the removal of play equipment, which will no doubt be of intest to the voters both at this election and future ones.
I hope you will work with me and local people to replace vitally needed play equipment in this area.
Yours
Sheila

Dear FoI Officer
I learn from para 5.31 of the 2014/15 revenue budget capital progamme and medium term financial plan (executive proposals) dated 27th February 2014 that there is £11m non-
I also note from para 5.30 that there is £0.40m for Schemes in Parks in Communities for which no decision has yet been taken.
Is there any reason why these sums of money cannot be used to replace equiment recently removed from children's playgrounds. If so, please give clear details of those reasons.
Kind regards
Sheila

Dear FoI Officer
FoIA and EIR 2004 request
Please let me have the park play equipment maintenance schedule for Stockport over the past 5 years.
How much has the decommissioning of the play equipment cost over the various (9??) playground sites cost?
I believe the Council is claiming EU regulations are responsible for this sad destruction of childrens' playgrounds. Exactly which EU regulation was involved.
If you wish me to refine my request in any way, please let me know.
The response will be widely Tweeted.
Kind regards
Sheila

Any emails, notes of telephone conversations, memos, letters or any written document pertaining to the action taken by any local councillor in an attempt to resolve this matter.
Many thanks and kind regards
Sheila
FOIA and EIR 2004 request, of course

Hi
Question for Derbyshire at the next full council meeting
What action do you intend to take regarding the appalling state of affairs whereby 9 parks in the area have had their play equipment removed?
If I am not able to attend the meeting I would like a written answer which will be extensively Tweeted.
Kind regards
Sheila
