In fighting corrupt Stockport Council and the ?Masonically linked forces of law, Mr Parnell had to employ some very clever thinking. He only wanted counselling for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council, which they never got.
Why not arrange that for his family, as the Council had a legal right to do? Because Stockport Council under the LibDem jackboot is a very scary place to live.
