I have taken the liberty in sending you a copy of a Lightning Risk
Assessment(LRA) Document for the sole purpose to prove these documents ARE
REAL and DO EXIST but apparently NOWHERE in Devon.It is a LRA for a College
in Poole but I am merely highlighting that LRA are not GHOST DOCUMENTS like
the DCC would have the world believe.

This is what the DCC said they would do at ALL Devon Schools but didn't do.
This is what the RDE should have for each and every building but don't
have, this is what the Climbing Centre on the Quay should have but doesn't.
Ditto for ALL Exeter City Council Premises and the John Lewis Store.The
list of non compliances in Devon is Endless.

Ironically, the Met Office do NOT have one of these either and if they did
they would not release it because as you can see by the document it is a
serious threat to National Security.

Could it be that Poole have more thunderstorm than Exeter?  I dont think
