Ms Oliver -
I am emailing you regarding FOI request 811668.
As you are aware the statutory deadline for dealing with FOI Requests is 20 working days. However, the legislation allows for additional time where the public interest test is being considered.
We are currently considering the Public Interest Test in respect of FOIA Part 2 Exemption 31 – Law Enforcement. This is due to the ongoing police investigation.
Consequently, the request needs to be considered whilst taking into account any consequence of releasing information which is within the scope of a live police investigation.
The revised due date for a response is Tuesday 15th March. However, we will endeavour to respond to you before that date.
I apologise for the delay in responding.
Kind regards.

Thank you for your email.
It will be treated as a request for information within the meaning of the Freedom of Information Act: this means that we will send you a full response within 20 working days, either supplying you with the information which you want, or explaining to you why we cannot supply it. The due date is 16/2/2016 . If we need any further clarification or there is any problem we will be in touch.
In the meantime if you wish to discuss this further please contact the department. It would be helpful if you could quote the log number 811668.

Dear FoI Officer
Please may I have, by email, all documents pertaining to the proposed compulsory purchase by Cheshire East Council of 10 – 16 Great King Street East, Macclesfield; this should include emails/handwritten and typed notes of telephone conversations/letters/contracts/minutes of meetings or any other relevant documents.
I believe Amanda Timpany/Bryn Higgott were dealing with this matter.
Please may I also have any documents pertaining to the relationship between Cheshire East Council and Nick Hynes from the Chamber of Commerce.
Many thanks and kind regards
Sheila
