In one of their very rare responses to an Executive Council Meeting question from me, the Executive Councillors lied in claiming BS10175 had been complied with. It wasn't until October 2009 when they were forced to prove to a public inquiry that the proposed primary school site wasn't contaminated. At this point they did finally comply with BS10175 and the entire site was found to be contaminated with lead, arsenic and brown asbestos, as they knew all along.
