Suicide attempt
Dodgy LibDems Mr Parnell RIP
Mr Parnell, whom the Police admit was completely innocent, made a suicide attempt in the notorious for deaths in cells Cheadle Heath Police Station.
Mr Parnell was arrested at 16.59 on 10th March 2010 and on 12th of March at 01.32 it was noticed that he was distressed. After 31.5 hours of custody.
