Dodgy LibDems Mr Parnell RIP
Sick, innocent Mr Parnell RIP still on bail January 2010 due to the actions of the corrupt LibDem council at Stockport. He was not allowed within 1kilometre of Stockport Town Hall.
Steve Duggan and Frank Craughwell (council employees) were found by Judge Bernard Lever to have committed perjury during Mr Parnell's three day Crown Court acquittal.
